1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing brantics.com (the "Service") or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed per project on a recurring basis via Stripe or, where available, Netopia. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. VAT is added where applicable by law.

4. Scan results

Brantics fetches publicly available pages of the domains you submit and runs heuristic checks. Results are informational. We make no guarantee that fixing all findings will produce a specific ranking, revenue, or business outcome. You are responsible for verifying that you have the right to submit a domain for analysis.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) abuse the free scan endpoint through automation, (b) reverse engineer the Service, (c) use the Service to infringe on third-party rights, or (d) submit domains you know to be illegal or used for fraud. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The Brantics name, logo, site design, and software are our property. Scan reports generated for your domain belong to you and may be shared freely.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the Service at least seven days before taking effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
